What materials do you use in your handmade clothing?
We use a mix of 70% cotton and 30% polyester.
Why cotton and polyester? Why not just cotton?
We believe in the best of both worlds! Cotton is soft, breathable, and lovely to wear, while polyester brings strength and wrinkle-resistance to the party.
Together, they create a super comfy, durable fabric that’s perfect for everyday wear. And bonus: it's long-lasting and keeps you comfy without constant ironing!
Is a cotton-polyester blend any good?
Absolutely! The blend makes our garments resistant to piling and static, and helps keep wrinkles at bay. So no need to spend ages ironing—it’s basically wardrobe magic!
What are the pros and cons of polyester?
The pros: Polyester is strong, flexible, moisture-resistant, easy to care for, and budget-friendly.
The cons: It’s not the best for the planet due to its environmental impact, but we’re on a mission to make a difference! We’re exploring ways to help, like planting trees and reducing waste with our made-to-order system.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
We’re super excited to accommodate all shapes and sizes... and that includes you! If you need a size larger than our 'Extra Large: UK size 18-20', don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! We love celebrating inclusivity and can’t wait to see everyone rocking Fovi stuff!
What is your sizing guide?
- Extra Small: UK size 6-8
- Small: UK size 8-10
- Medium: UK size 10-12
- Large: UK size 14-16
- Extra Large: UK size 18-20
Our model is a comfortable size 8-10. If you need a little extra length or width, let us know—we’re happy to adjust for you!
Can I return or exchange an item?

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We love your enthusiasm! Every Fovi item is crafted to order, just for you. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to complete, but during busier times, when our local UK mill faces high demand, it might take a bit longer.

How will my parcel be delivered?
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail’s 48hr Tracked Service. You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as it’s on the way, and you’ll receive a text or email with a delivery window on the day.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes! Well, mostly we do! Following Royal Mail's guidance, we deliver to nearly all the locations they cover.
Simply select your country at checkout, and the shipping cost will be calculated for you.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
If you’re outside the UK, customs charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer, so please be mindful when selecting International Delivery.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
You bet! Our packaging is made from paper and card. Your Fovi item will arrive in a brown paper bag with recycled tissue paper inside—simple, sustainable, and stylish!
How can I change my delivery address?

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
While we carefully quality check every item before it leaves our workshop, if something slips through the cracks, we’ll make it right. Just email us a photo and a description of the fault, and we’ll replace it free of charge.
Do you offer refunds?
Option 1:
Yes! Once we receive your return at the studio, we’ll process it within 1-2 days. If you’ve requested a refund, it may take up to 5 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Option 2:
We only offer exchanges or store credit. No refunds, but we’ll make sure you get something else you love!
How should I care for my Fovi item?
Our sweatshirts are easy to care for and don’t need to be washed after every wear (let’s save water and emissions together!). When it does need a clean, pop it in the machine on a 30°C wash with non-bio detergent.
No tumble drying though—let it air dry naturally for the best results! And definitely don’t wash it in beer 🍺.
