Delivery and Shipping

We’re excited to let you know that we send all UK orders via Royal Mail next-day delivery once your handmade garment is ready. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped, and you’ll be notified on the day of delivery by 1 PM.

We also ship worldwide! Simply select your destination country at checkout, and the shipping cost will be calculated. We use Royal Mail International Signed For for these orders.

Please keep in mind that any customs charges for international deliveries are the customer’s responsibility, so be sure to check if any apply before placing your order.

We take pride in our sustainable packaging, using paper, card, and tissue paper. Your garments will arrive in eco-friendly brown paper bags.

What are Customs and Import Fees?

When goods are imported into a different country, a charge called Customs Duty may apply. This fee is determined by the local customs authority. If applicable, you’ll need to pay this duty to receive your order.

Whether customs duties are charged and how much depends on various factors, including your country’s low-value threshold. If you do incur Customs Duty, it’s typically calculated based on the value and type of goods being imported.

Please note, you’ll be responsible for the postage on any returns or exchanges. When returning an item for an exchange, it will be processed as a new order. We’ll do our best to get your replacement out to you promptly, typically within our 7-day turnaround.

Refunds
